Rice bran oil hibiscus, dandelion root, turmeric, lavender, thyme, frankincense, castor oil, rosemary, Irish moss and carrot powder.
Instructions
Apply a couple drops to clean moist skin. Pat in well. Use a ring finger when applying around the eye area. Always do a patch test before use. This product is not approved by the FDA
